The Ratio Arc Pro model is an exceptionally well-thought-out product that I wholeheartedly recommend. Its interior space organization is excellent, while the modern, minimalist design offers enduring aesthetic pleasure. Suggestion for improvement: the open pocket on the front of the strap would be wise to secure with a zipper in future versions—as seen in some of your older models—since this provides a greater sense of security for the contents, especially cards.

No easy way to reach the backpack bringing from the back like I can with other markrayden back packs I have, there is no side handles, to take anything out i have to take off the backpack put on the floor and open, very inconvenient and will check for return options, looks beautiful but you sacrificed being practical and useful for looks very disappointed

Looks good and easier to clean, which was what I wanted. The inside is well thought out with lots of different pockets. The main negatives for me are 1: the handle on the top it took tight, making it inconvenient to pick up, 2: feels more cramped than it actually is I would also have liked another D ring on the outside

It is good, but it can be better in the following areas: Kind regards Taurai Mapuranga 00966530784946 1) Hard side pockets: Introducing rigid cloth can help stabilise the pockets when loaded, to prevent them from sagging. Else if the pockets can be glued to the hard shell that can prevent sagging. 2) Handle: If the handle can be fixed where hard shell joints the soft back that can make the shell look much nicer. 3) Missing passport pocket at the back side: there is an anti-theft pocket but it is big a suitable for tablet, if a smaller pocket suitable for passport and fight ticket, that would be great. 4) Card holder on handle: others have added a zipper on the card holder for improved security.
